About This Course

A live and online veteran support group welcoming community where veterans and their families connect to share experiences, provide mutual support, and access valuable resources. In the live setting, veterans meet face-to-face in a safe, designated space—often a community center or a local facility—where they can engage in real-time discussions, share personal stories, and build strong, supportive relationships. These in-person sessions encourage immediate feedback, camaraderie, and trust-building among peers.

The online component extends these benefits by offering a virtual space accessible from anywhere. Using secure video conferencing platforms, the online support group allows veterans who may face mobility challenges, geographic barriers, or scheduling conflicts to participate fully. The online sessions mirror the live meetings in spirit, featuring moderated discussions, resource sharing, and group activities designed to help veterans navigate the challenges of transitioning to civilian life.
